The Bible says to not to just pray but pray with strength and with all your heart and soul believe that your prayers will be answered without a shadow of a doubt by our Savior Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, I say unto you, whatsoever things you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them. Mark 11:24
Your belief and your faith that God will answer your prayers is the most important thing to have when you Pray. Know that all your prayers are heard even though sometimes they’re not answered right away, God works in mysterious ways.
Have you ever heard the saying “Thank God for unanswered prayers?” true sometimes God doesn’t answer some of our prayers because he knows your path in life, your heart and what’s best for you, he will answer them correctly and at the right moment, so have faith God is at work for you and in his own way suited for us as the unique individuals we are. So don’t lose hope when a prayer isn’t answered right away, keep an eye out for our prayers when they’re answered and to give God some credit when you recognize God has answered your prayers, this is God at work.
The Bible doesn’t teach us to rely on prayer alone but it teaches us to rely on God when we fully rely on God and put our trust that he will do what is best for you then and only then can we trust in God that our prayers will be answered.
There are sometimes when you need to call on God such as an emergent situation, crisis or an immediate response to a situation that cannot wait, I am not recommending this but in the past its worked for me such as, there have been times in my life when I have screamed and yelled at God while crying my eyes out, saying I need you now God not in 2 days 3 weeks NOW GOD!! I wasn’t being disrespectful I just said I need you now God and he came to me, believe me, it did work.
When you give yourself to God trusting he will take your burdens, sorrows in troubled times while telling God you cannot take whatever may be happening in your life anymore, when Praying hand these sorrows to the Lord asking him to take them from you, it’s a very freeing feeling to give it up to the Lord trusting God is there and believe all your burdens will be taken care of.
You may be thinking why should I burden God with my problems? well remind yourself you are God’s child, God created you and while we all make mistakes in this life God is our Father and like our Fathers on earth, God loves us unconditionally.
“Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved” (Psalm 55:22). God is glad to carry your burdens and give you the daily strength you need.
We all know Jesus died on the cross for our sins (Ask and we will be forgiven) God forgives us for anything and everything no matter what those sins shall be either Grave sins or venial sins even if we may think our sin is unforgivable we ask for forgiveness and he will never deny us forgiveness although I try to not repeat my sins after I have asked for forgiveness he knows we’re all human so he is very forgiving if we truly are sorry for our sin and we try not to commit it again.
None of us are perfect and God does not expect us to be perfect, all God hopes for us is we live and walk in faith and for us to be believers in Christ and to love all, and to spread love and kindness around the world even if it’s just a little each day.
We truly do not stop learning and growing until the day we leave this earth. Have faith in your prayers, love one another, spreading kindness to everyone you meet, and remember what goes around comes around we’re all in this together.
God’s Blessings, kindness, and Love to all
